BIOLOGIST AND COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER
HELLO
A college graduate with a B.S in biology who would like to use his skills in Microsoft Office and programing applications to help the community
To briefly introduce myself, my name is Erik Kindestin. I have always wanted to serve my community. I started out volunteering as a scoreboard operator for my local hockey team. In high school I was a manager to the Spaulding High School team and volunteered many times as a high honors student. After high school, I would continue volunteering at Castleton University for the Vermont Food Bank. I was able to finally get a job working at CVMC as a COVID screener. Once the job was terminated, I tried to build my credentials through volunteer work. I currently volunteer at the Barre Opera House as an usher and help people in Rhythm of the Rein who are adjusting to their disability. I performed data analytics for Rhythm of the Rein to inform their grant application
